Some of my favourite Royal Trux songs, couldn't find all of them, and most of the live videos I found have pretty crap sound quality...
They and their experimental cross pure rocknroll music are a source of inspiration for a lot of bands, one obvious one would be The Kills. Royal Trux was started by Jennifer Herrema and Neil Hagerty in 1987, and then split in 2001. Neil Hagerty now plays with The Howling Hex, and Jennifer Herrema with RTX.

I have rediscovered Royal Trux in its new incarnation, RTX...some miss the sludgy nocturne of Royal Trux, but there's something broad and beached out and wide open about RTX...
