I stumbled upon the first image above on the web the other day, and it brought back some lovely memories from a few years back. We did this fantastic shoot in the middle of red rock country, Utah, and I remember that between sun and snow I climbed trees, sat on a horse bare back, jumped around on huge red rocks wearing capes and warrior paint and spent hours trying to brush out those braids at 4 in the morning. It took me 28 hours and 4 flights to get there, but it was so worth it, I had never seen a landscape like it, and there was a real sense of mysticism in the air. I want to go back, I also want to be where that couple wearing the poncho are, I love that picture. Please listen to the music below, its the amazing Sun City Girls:
