Pj Harvey at Camp Bestival

I just returned from a great weekend at Camp Bestival, where PJ Harvey was headlining. She played a wonderful set, an amazing presence and without a band, sometimes with the help of a drum machine. She must have played about 5 different guitars, an autoharp, cymbals, keyboard and piano... She played a variation of new songs, and a good mix of her previous songs. Some of my favorites were My beautiful Leah, Big Exit and Desperate Kingdom of Love, and it was great to hear some new stuff( new album soon..? I Hope!)
I was completely blown away.

Ann Demeulemeester Mens SS 2010

Ann is my favorite designer (almost the only designer whose clothes I buy), and I always love seeing her latest work. She has certainly simplified her collection for men's spring summer, very narrowed down with less layers than she normally does... It still looks fucking good though, and I want all the jackets and really love the sequins. Any guy wearing these clothes is hot in my opinion. I'm looking forward to seeing her women's collection.

Silver me up

I love some of Me&Ro's jewelery, my man got me three of the bracelets a couple of years ago, and I haven't taken them off since. They are quite inspired by good old hippie, ethnic jewelery, and have inscriptions such as "fearlessness", "love", "om" etc... They are quite pricey, and I'm sure one could find something similar in vintage or ethnic jewelery shops, but I'm very happy with my three.

One of the most influential skaters ever.

Les Vampires

I love this clip, it's from a 1915 french silent film series about a gang of serious criminals called Les Vampires: (go to 45 sec if you get bored in the beginning;) )

The main femme fatale character played by Musidora, was called "Irma Vep". Guess what it's an anagram for...
