Just got back from Paris.. Ann Demeulemeester is my favorite designer; she is truly brilliant, always sticks to her own ideas, and never follows trends. The shows are always beautiful, the music gives me goosebumps every single time, without fail. She let me listen to the music, written by Warren Ellis and Grinderman on her discman the night before, telling me that the music is a very important part of the shows for her. Mindblowingly talented.
